I enjoyed the experience of
reading the book, The Wonderful world of Oz. It has so many things which I
personal think is needed to write an awesome book - there is magic of course,
wizards, witches, magicians and much more. This book was written by a man named
Frank Baum in Chicago (1900). After Baum wrote this book he wrote many books of
the name Oz .There’s also a movie for
this wonderful book. The setting is on a small farm in Kansas, where lives a little
poor family. The main character is a small girl, Dorothy. She has a dog named
Toto. One day a cyclone comes and takes her to a mysterious land. Dorothy meets many wonderful beings in her outstanding
adventure, including a talking scarecrow, a cowardly lion and a Tin Woodman who
had all wishes of their own. Will they get what they all wanted? Will Dorothy
be able to get back to her home in Kansas? Most people say you have to push
through every single book but, not this one. I love this book and I hope you do
too.
